When we brewed up this variant, we didn't have a name for it initially. As we were "brainstorming" as we often do, Bob thought he heard us say "Half A Wise Man" when we were talking about the German word, "Hefeweizen". Thus the name was born for the beer.

This beer is cloudy like you find in a traditional Germen Hefeweizen with aromas of banana being forward and some very mild clove. These flavors are produced by the yeast. The beer is perfect with a lemon and thirst quenching on a nice summer day!
